Report FAQs

Download links are valid for 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours download links sent in purchase receipts expire automatically. Once a download link is expired, it cannot be used again.

In certain cases, links can be resent after they have expired. If you would like to access a purchased download after the link has expired, please email support at contact@reviveconsulting.org or use the contact page to send an inquiry.

The reports are available in a PDF format. The download link  to the PDF file is available on the website after purchase and the link to the PDF is also sent to the user’s email address. However, reports can be made available in Word or another format upon request by contacting support.

Update frequency times can differ based on the report type and content. Revive makes periodic monthly checks that insures timely research that is up-to-date. Due to the nature of the reports and the topics covered surrounding complexity, some areas of research can span multiple time spans and should be read accordingly. If you have further questions about a specific topic covered in the report, please reach out to us.
